Trustee Coordination
Amtec has business relationships with the major trust banks. Trustees provide current account history each month for Amtec client’s who request this service. By receiving monthly trust statements, the required activity to compute the rebate amount does not have to be requested again from our clients on computation dates. Amtec is able to issue rebate reports systematically on bond anniversary dates without our clients having to copy bank statements for this purpose.

Some trust banks are able to provide historical data. Depending on the system in use, some trust banks have been able to supply 100% of the historical data to Amtec for rebate computations. Having this data allows us to deliver rebate reports efficiently and provides our clients with the maximum savings. Clients do not have to spend time searching for old records and the reproduction historical records is not required.
